Meet Cynthia
A lifelong leader, author, and teacher passionate about
helping people discover God's purpose, lead with wisdom, and live with enduring hope.
Several pieces of artwork displayed in my home were lovingly created by members of our family across generations, serving as daily reminders of God's faithfulness and the legacy we are called to pass on.
My Calling
For more than three decades, I've had the privilege of serving in executive leadership, organizational consulting, coaching, and ministry—helping individuals, leaders, and organizations navigate change, strengthen leadership, and pursue meaningful growth.
Yet my greatest lessons didn't come only from boardrooms or classrooms.
They were shaped through the joys and challenges of marriage, motherhood, leadership, caregiving, loss, and learning to trust God's guidance through every season of life.
Along the way, I discovered that God rarely wastes our experiences. He uses each season to deepen our faith, refine our character, and prepare us to encourage others.
EverAfter Publishing was born from that conviction.
Today, my passion is creating faith-centered books, courses, devotionals, and conversations that help people discover God's purpose, grow in spiritual maturity, lead with wisdom, and walk confidently in the life He has prepared for them.
My prayer is that every resource points beyond information to transformation—helping you experience God's presence, embrace your calling, and live with enduring hope.

God's Preparation
God rarely prepares us all at once.
He uses every season—both joyful and difficult—to shape our character, deepen our faith, and equip us for the work He calls us to do. Looking back, I can see His preparation woven through every chapter of my life.
As a wife, mother, daughter, caregiver, and friend, I discovered that God's faithfulness is often revealed most clearly through life's greatest joys and deepest challenges.
In the marketplace, I spent more than three decades serving in executive leadership, organizational consulting, executive coaching, and organizational transformation. Those experiences taught me that lasting leadership begins with character, grows through relationships, and flourishes when people understand both their purpose and their unique God-given design.
In ministry, I was blessed with the privilege of teaching, mentoring, speaking, and encouraging others to deepen their faith and live with greater intention.
Whether leading a Bible study, coaching an executive, or writing a book, I discovered that the questions people carry are often remarkably similar.

what I Believe
Through every season of life, I've experienced God's presence, guidance, and grace. Those experiences have shaped what I believe today:
I believe God created every person with unique gifts, strengths, and purpose.
I believe our identity is found in Christ—not in our achievements, titles, or circumstances.
I believe leadership begins with character, grows through service, and flourishes when rooted in humility, wisdom, and love.
I believe every season of life—including seasons of waiting, change, and loss—can become part of God's preparation for what comes next.
I believe God works through ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary purposes.
I believe that when we walk closely with God, we experience the transforming love of God and discover the joy, purpose, peace, and hope that come from living the life He uniquely designed for us.
Where I've Served
Over the past four decades, I've been blessed to serve in many roles that have shaped both my leadership and my faith.
Professionally, I've served in executive leadership, organizational consulting, leadership development, executive coaching, strengths coaching, change management, and performance improvement—partnering with organizations to strengthen leaders, build healthy teams, and navigate meaningful change.
In ministry, I've served as a Bible teacher, elder, deacon, trustee, mentor, speaker, Chaplain, and leadership facilitator, encouraging others to grow in faith and confidently live out God's calling.
Today, those experiences continue through my writing, speaking, coaching, and the resources of EverAfter Publishing.

God's Faithfulness
Throughout my life, I've experienced God's faithfulness in ways both quiet and extraordinary.
Through seasons of uncertainty, unexpected provision, answered prayers, miraculous healing, deep loss, and new beginnings, He has continually reminded me that He is present, trustworthy, and faithful to His promises.
These moments are not the foundation of my faith, but they have strengthened it.
As I look back, I see God's faithfulness not only in my own life, but across generations. The legacy of faith, perseverance, and service passed down through my family continues to shape both my life and the work I feel called to do today.
They remind me that God is always work, often in ways we don't recognize until we look back and see His fingerprints across our lives.
Every resource I create is ultimately a testimony to God's faithfulness.
As I share stories of His work in my own life, my desire is to glorify Him and encourage others to trust Him more deeply and recognize His faithfulness in their own lives.
